Recently, Alan Shearer stated in an interview with Camel Live that a key reason for Liverpool's poor form is the dip in Mohamed Salah's performance.
Shearer said: “I don’t know if Salah feels he’s no longer the team’s core player because the club has made heavy investments in Florian Wirtz and Alexander Isak. There’s definitely an issue with his form—either it’s a decline due to age, or there’s something bothering him mentally.”
"But what’s certain is that we’re not seeing the Salah of old. In fact, the same can be said for most of Liverpool’s players."
