Manchester City and Nottingham Forest have reached an agreement over the deal, and as revealed earlier this week, James McAtee has agreed to join Nottingham Forest.
The initial transfer fee for the deal is £22 million, with add-on clauses, performance-related bonuses, and a sell-on fee pushing the total value up to a maximum of £30 million. Additionally, Manchester City will also hold a buyback clause.
Currently, Nottingham Forest have arranged a medical for James McAtee.
